Chef ATL

ChefATL is a captivating SCAD docuseries that delves into the rich diversity of Atlanta, exploring the city’s dynamic culinary landscape and its deep cultural roots. The pilot episode highlights the work of James Beard Award-winning chef Steven Satterfield, who is renowned for his commitment to Southern cuisine and sustainable practices, alongside sustainability activist, author, designer, and TV personality John Gidding.

Together, they showcase how food serves as a powerful lens through which to understand the city's evolving identity. This ambitious project was a collaborative effort, involving more than 100 students from nine SCAD degree programs, each bringing their unique talents and perspectives to the production.
