In this phase, I’m going to examine the top 3 customer touchpoints that your guests interact with the most (such as coffee cups and menus) and make sure it communicates the vibe you are going for and easily separates you from other cafes in the area. I’ll elevate the visuals your customers interact with every day. Menus, signage, and takeaways will be refined for clarity, flow, and consistency so ordering feels easier, your space feels more intentional, and your brand shows up confidently in real life. The result is a café that looks polished, communicates clearly, and feels worth coming back to.

At this point, I’ll align how your café shows up online with how it actually feels in person. Your social presence will highlight your drinks, space, and community so your brand is recognizable at a glance and customers know exactly what to expect before they walk through the door. This also looks like creating a more intuitive flow on your website so people know exactly what you sell and how to buy it.
